Step 1 : We are all sinners :
Rom 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.
Step 2 : We all owe a penalty for sin. Which is going to Hell :
Rom 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Rev 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
Step 3 : Our good works/deeds cannot save us from Hell :
Eph 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.
Eph 2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Step 4 : Great news !!! Jesus/God paid your sin dept on the cross :
Rom 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Rom 5:9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him
John 1:7 ...... and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
Step 5 : We Must accept the gift of eternal life, by inviting Jesus into our life and trusting him as our only hope for heaven :
Rom 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Rom 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Well, I hope you understood all that you read :
All you need to do now is accept the gift God has for you.
Just pray this prayer and believe it in your heart :
Dear Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner, and because I am a sinner I deserve to go to hell when I die. So please forgive me of all my sins and come into my heart right now and save me! Right now by faith I am trusting in you and only you for my only hope for Heaven. I accept this gift and thank you for it. In Jesus name I pray. Amen!!!
